The Gaslamp Historical Walking Tour, a project aimed at beautifying public spaces, incorporates existing electrical boxes on 5th Avenue  to guide visitors on a virtual historic storytelling tour of the Gaslamp Quarter. Our designs are strategically placed in front of historical buildings – featuring historic photographs and copy, with a QR code to direct users to a website for more historic information along the walking tour. Economic Development beautification programs are a great way to create an inviting space, improve downtown districts and give public utility boxes a sense of purpose and intention.
